Welcome to So Your Own Limited. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, which include our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other referenced policies.

So Your Own Limited is registered in the UK with company number 15633291 and VAT number 465 6640 66. We comply with all UK laws, including GDPR.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colours and details may vary slightly. It is important to note that colours on a device will look slightly different to the printed item you receive. This is because your device will display your design using RGB (red, Green, Blue) and our printer will use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black - we also have light cyan and light magenta to improve gradient and picture quality). We aim to reproduce your design as close as possible and we hope you'll be delighted with the results. 

Ordering and Payments

Orders are processed securely, with prices including VAT where applicable. We adhere to UK VAT laws. With our clothing we will not charge VAT on appropriately sized garments (based on our measurements against the Government guidance). We will add VAT to clothing that exceed the sizes of VAT exempt products and this will be shown to you before adding to your basket. We accept major payment methods, ensuring your payment details are protected.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem unsuitable or inappropriate for our brand to print and supply. We will refund the order in full to the original payment details.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property
